1. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your background?
Taito is originally from Japan and moved to the U.S. when he was 20 years old to attend college. He has been living here for 42 years. He is a martial artist who started with intense martial arts like Judo and Karate, but later shifted his focus to Aikido. Aikido is a martial art that emphasizes understanding the attacker’s perspective and accepting the reasons behind an attack. Taito applies these principles to his work, using them to evaluate, acknowledge, and respond to people and problems accordingly. This philosophy of “understanding a person as a person” deeply resonates with him.
2. Can you please describe Insala and how it works?
Taito is the CEO of People 360 by Insala, a company specializing in mentoring and coaching for career development and career transitions. “I know when to ask for help,” Taito explains. He surrounds himself with successful people and recognizes that success is not achieved alone. Another skill I have is to realize greatness. He can find the strengths in people and knows who to ask for help.
